This was a fun invitation I created recently! The venue was at Dylan’s Candy Bar in Manhattan!

This invitation was a truly custom one! The mailing label was inviting guests to Emily’s Eatery, which is the overall theme. Be sure to check back to see other elements I created for this Bat Mitzvah celebration!
Mailing label with custom stamps
Outside of folder with personalized tag with recipients name. Inserts included a rsvp that was fashioned after a traditional guest check from a restaurant!
Inside top of box. All inserts were neatly stacked behind a pocket with a more “untraditional” saying!
When recipient took the invitation out of the box, a surprise was awaiting them!
Invitation verbiage was more of a traditional look, but hand embellished blue glitter!
Close-up of hand applied glitter.

For this Bat Mitzvah planning family, they wanted a simple, yet elegant invitation that had to have a photograph incorporated of the Bat Mitzvah girl. The obvious location would of been on the outside, but I always like there to be some type of surprise….
I used a shimmer silver vellum that was layered on top of the traditional styled verbiage for the invitation.
Nothing worse than your inserts flopping around in your mailing envelope! Since the inserts were stacked, I wanted to have each insert be tagged appropriately.
TIP: Don’t forget to make sure you know how many kids you will be transporting from temple to celebration venue! (One less thing for you to panic about!)
